Are you passionate about sustainability and looking for a hands-on role in your community? We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable full time Compost Collection/Facility Assistant to join our team in the Lawncrest Neighborhood of Philadelphia.

What You'll Do

This entry-level role is a mix of three key responsibilities:

• Compost Collection: You'll be the face of our company, driving a non-CDL stake-body truck to collect food scraps and deliver products to our customers. This involves a lot of physical work and early mornings, so a strong work ethic is a must!

• Facility Support: When you're not on the road, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly. This includes cleaning and maintaining our warehouse, office, and outdoor spaces, as well as managing inventory and restocking supplies.

• Soil Product Prep: You'll also get your hands dirty with our soil products. This means bagging compost, preparing soil mixes, and monitoring compost piles to ensure top-notch quality.

What We're Looking For

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

• Someone with a proactive attitude who can work well both independently and with a team.

• A willingness to learn and an interest in sustainability.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18–$20/hour, with potential for raises every six months.
